Jennya Shivhare

Jennya Shivhare is a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) student at the National Law University, Jodhpur in India. Passionate about child rights, access to justice, and legal awareness, she believes that every young person deserves to have their voice heard and their rights protected. Through her work with the National Youth Rights Association, Jennya hopes to contribute to meaningful advocacy, legal education, and community outreach that empower children and young people. Alongside her academic interests in constitutional law and public interest litigation, she enjoys research, writing, and exploring ways to make the law more accessible to society. She aspires to build a career in public service and use the law as a tool for justice, equality, and positive social change.

Jennya joined NYRA in December 2024 and currently works on the research team.
