The NYRA Board of Directors met December 27 in a meeting held over the telephone. During the meeting, the BOD held officer elections and approved six new position papers. NYRA officers elected at the meeting were Vice President, which went to acting Vice President Matt Herman, and Treasurer, which went to BOD member Alex Koroknay-Palicz….
