Activist Jason Gerber has resigned from NYRA’s Board of Directors. Gerber, a high school student from the Washington, DC suburb of Rockville, Maryland, will continue his work in youth rights, and will remain with NYRA as a regular member. Announcements for an election to fill open Director seats will be sent soon.
Stay tuned for a newer, better NYRA website coming in the weeks ahead. It will feature a new, easier-on-the-eye look, as well as better, more up-to-date content.
The NYRA Board of Directors met December 27 in a meeting held over the telephone. During the meeting, the BOD held officer elections and approved six new position papers.
