youth-rights.org Domain Temporarily Removed
NYRA's acclaimed web site, youth-rights.org, has had its domain name removed due to differences between the organization and our outgoing secretary. NYRA officials expect the address to be returned to the organization shortly. The reports that NYRA has suspended operations are unfounded, reports NYRA officials. "We certainly have not suspended operations, in fact we continue to thrive as an organization," explained NYRA President Alex Koroknay-Palicz in a letter to members. "The situation...is currently being worked on." The web site can currently be found at it's temporary home, http://nyra.ecg.net/, as NYRA officials work to solve the problem.

"The substance of this protest will be the local protests in many different areas of the country," he explained. Results of NYRA BOD Meeting
The NYRA Board of Directors met December 27 in a meeting held over the telephone. During the meeting, the BOD held officer elections and approved six new position papers. NYRA officers elected at the meeting were Vice President, which went to acting Vice President Matt Herman, and Treasurer, which went to BOD member Alex Koroknay-Palicz. NYRA President Avram Hein and Secretary Matt Walcoff were re-elected.
