Just imagine,if some future morons in Congress will introduce the bill to raise
driving age to 21 only in large US cities,except in suburbs,because they might
want to give more business for revived city mass transit subways,trolleybuses,
str.cars.Teens and early adults would need to use the pub.transport.Funny,
of course,but with political crazies things are possible nowadays.
