We obviously already knew about this when it happened, as we've got a news wire thread about it as well as a NYRA blog post, but it's still damn cool to see it right there on the Wikipedia page like that. I was all giddy when I saw it.

I think you totally misunderstood.
That's for real. It's on Wikipedia and was in the news and everything. I mentioned my birthday because the date mentioned in that article as when Glarus lowered the voting age was my birthday.

Then right on! Funny, the April Fool's article was believeable, and I've always been told not to believe anything on wikipedia… funny how things work out that way. I guess you can't believe everything you see, or disbelieve everything you can see

Oh Yeah! Before I forgot, no I didn't misunderstand. I was just making sure it was real, because of the bad rap Wikipedia get from the scholastic crowd (Wikipedia is banned from citation at my school, regardless of the editorial source) & I said Happy Belated Birthday because I was at college during your birthday, is all, not that I thought it was today or just a few days ago

I was wondering if it was a NationStates country when I saw the name. Most successes will come through individual regions and municipalities, though.
