National Youth Rights Association

The Northeastern University Law Journal is currently accepting submissions on the topic of school bullying and the areas of law implicated by the recent and contentious legislative responses to the issue. In addition to examining specific legislation, our next publication will draw from the privacy, free speech and Fourth Amendment concerns stemming from states' efforts to regulate student behavior inside and outside of the classroom.

A Law Symposium on the topic will be hosted at Northeastern University School of Law in Spring 2012, with the publication expected in Fall 2012. Please contact the Northeastern University Law Journal at [email protected] if you would like to submit an article for consideration or participate in the symposium.
