Unfortunately, everything I can do is either really complicated or somewhat expensive–I'm extremely time-sensitive as I'm really dedicating myself to something this summer, and even taking off a weekend would be a bit of a problem.
EDIT: I think I may have found something that, while fairly complicated, may just work and is at a good price. I just need to price one more thing and then get permission to leave. (And try to find out soon, b/c if I want it at a good price, I need to act soon).

I really wish I could be there – but I'm in London this summer and can't afford a plane ticket. I enjoyed the 2010 annual meeting and expect to be there for 2012.

Anyone have any suggestions of fun activities for the annual meeting? We're still in planning stages, but if anyone has any feasible and free/very inexpensive suggestions, it'll at least help us come up with stuff. We've got great ideas already, but yours are welcome too.
