Hey, does anybody know when we will be getting the wrist-bands that we ordered? I'm wondering if we will be able to get them before school is over.

Are there still extra available? NYC might buy a few if that is the case.

Jason K – we've sold like 25 so far out of 1,000 so…. yea, we've got a few extra. PLEASE buy some.

why are they $1.50? I had it that we would be paying a split price with the national organization for the inital cost which included some of the $250 to make them.
As for the money, I didn't know they were in. I'll get that to you soon.

but… about the cost Alex. I'm really serious, I though we were splitting the cost of the bands with you, not buying them from you.

Yeah, he could have atleast sold them to us at wholesale, and let US sale them for $1.50, and turn in the profits.

You are supposed to be selling them at $2 since it is a fundraiser for both the national and the chapters. It makes no sense to sell them to you at wholesale and then have you send back half the profits when instead that half can be built into the upfront cost. Originally national was going to split the cost with the chapters and then split the profits, but the chapters didn't put in their half up front… national covered the whole thing. So yeah, selling them to the chapters at $1.50, and the chapters then keeping the profits above that, makes sense.

But, if they were sold to us at wholesale, buy them at wholesale, sell them for $1.50, send in the profits, then the chapters have actually not lost anything except for the cost of the wholesale. If they were bought at wholesale, that is considerably cheaper than $1.50. Sell them for $1.50, send in the profits, and there is no difference.
Uh wait. That don't make sense. I'll think later. It is too late. It is 2:35 and way past my bed time for a school nite.

It's the thick wristbands that every cause under the sun uses. You find a deal on the sex bracelets and report back. Whatever works.
