This law does extraordinarily simple things that no other laws do. It requires boot camps to provide kids with food and water and shelter and medical care.Passed the house last congress but died, now it's being reffered to commitee, so unless people start caring, this isn't going anywhere. NYRA should know about this. Maybe you know about it, maybe you dont, but this is a good law to get passed. Here is a link to this bill's description.

I know there has been a thread on HR 911 but now that law died because of a new congress, but this is identical and not much of a fuss has been made about this new law.
